The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting our mortgage and protection advisers, ensuring a smooth process for clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Submitting Agreements in Principle (AIPs) and mortgage applications
Managing and organising client paperwork and documentation
Chasing lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases efficiently
Liaising with clients to provide updates and request information
Maintaining accurate and compliant records
About You:
You’ll be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with experience in mortgages, conveyancing, or estate agency administration. You’ll enjoy working independently from home and be confident managing your own workload.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience in mortgage, conveyancing, or estate agency administration
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Motivated and driven with a strong work ethic
Comfortable using digital systems and maintaining client confidentiality
