You’ll assist in producing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, helping to drive financial performance and control.</p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of 100 site accounts, producing a P&L statement for each and ensuring all contract terms are accurately reflected.</li><li>Process accruals and prepayments at month-end, ensuring site balance sheets are accurate, fully reconciled, and compliant.</li><li>Perform account analysis and prepare variance commentary comparing actual results to budget.</li><li>Conduct periodic contract reviews, ensuring terms are aligned with accounting records.</li><li>Ensure client invoicing is accurate and consistent with P&L data.</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders to understand performance, review processes, and deliver training where necessary.</li><li>Provide financial support and guidance to the business as required.</li><li>Monitor and review site bookkeeping systems, identifying and correcting errors.</li><li>Analyze cost structures, control expenses, and optimize resource use.</li><li>Identify risks, ensure internal controls, and maintain regulatory compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Working pattern: Monday - Friday</strong></p><p><strong>What can you bring?</strong></p><ul><li>AAT qualified or qualified by experience candidates will also be considered.</li><li>Solid understanding of VAT and accounting principles.</li><li>Proficient in accounting concepts with strong IT skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.</li><li>Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Passionate about service; warm, approachable, and skilled in interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse teams.</li><li>Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail combined with resilience in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Experience in people management or mentoring, fostering team development and collaboration.</li></ul><p>At Elior, we believe that when you love where you work, it shows.
