Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team at BPS Commercial Ltd in the UK. This part-time role is essential for managing our financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. Your contribution will support our mission to deliver excellent automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using Xero accounting software .
• Maintain accurate financial records reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Liaise with our accountant and ensure full HMRC compliance
• Familiarity with Payroll, invoicing systems and supplier accounts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Qualifications
• Strong working knowledge of Xero essential.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in automotive or workshop environments is a plus but not essential.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: £15,745.85-£25,016.91 per year
