<p>We’re partnering with a global Web3 infrastructure firm building next-generation blockchain and DeFi solutions. The team is seeking a Compliance Lead to design and scale a pragmatic, risk-based compliance framework across their growing decentralized ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on, cross-functional role blending regulatory strategy, AML/sanctions oversight, and business partnership with exchanges, analytics vendors, and ecosystem partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Focus Areas:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and own AML/CFT & sanctions programs aligned with FATF, OFAC, and EU Travel Rule standards</li><li>Manage compliance relationships with exchanges and blockchain analytics vendors, build and manage compliance relationships with top CEXs.</li><li>Oversee transaction monitoring, screening tools, and regulatory reporting processes</li><li>Lead the setup and optimization of KYT systems, ensuring proper compliance controls, policy alignment, and seamless collaboration with product and engineering teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>6–8+ years of experience in crypto or financial compliance, ideally with DeFi or exchange exposure</li><li>Strong understanding of FATF, OFAC, and Travel Rule frameworks</li><li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and engineering teams</li><li>Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re looking to lead compliance strategy at the intersection of regulation and innovation, we’d love to connect. 📩 Send your CV to <strong>Jho@space-exec.com</strong> for a confidential discussion.</p><p><em>(Referrals are welcome.
