This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. <div style="margin-bottom:11px; text-align:center"> <hr></div> The Role As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for researchers and customers requiring support with shipping and logistics needs. You’ll play a key role in preventing and resolving logistical issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience, while contributing to continuous improvements across our supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role, requiring proactive communication, problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly collaborative and communicative role with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders. <div style="margin-bottom:11px; text-align:center"> <hr></div> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and information sharing.</li> <li>Provide responsive and professional customer support for all Transnetyx products via telephone and email.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve shipping queries while accurately documenting customer concerns using CRM and Microsoft tools.</li> <li>Communicate daily with customers regarding shipping matters, order queries, and delivery updates.</li> <li>Manage delayed or lost shipments by liaising with carriers, customers, and sales representatives to reach timely resolutions.</li> <li>Monitor and optimise logistics processes through reporting and analysis.</li> <li>Troubleshoot technical requests and escalate issues where necessary.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping systems and processes to provide accurate, proactive solutions.</li> <li>Contribute to departmental goals including client satisfaction and performance metrics.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> About You You are detail-oriented, a resilient professional who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-moving environment. You are confident in managing customer expectations and problem-solving, with a balance of patience, empathy, and drive. You are effective with intercompany communication across various teams (i.e. sales, shipping, customer solutions).
