**Finishing Operations Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with folding, guillotining, booklet making, and creasing.

A key aspect of the role is working to strict quality procedures and understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators.

Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process and using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department are essential skills.

• Folding and guillotining experience is required, as well as knowledge of mail fulfilment and postal services.
• Computer literacy is also necessary for this role.
