Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform that is cloud-native, scalable, secure, and quick to configure. It offers a free tier for the first 200 endpoints and supports autonomous OS and third-party patching through peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without a VPN.

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including building responsive HTML email templates and landing pages that meet brand and marketing goals.

• HubSpot Administration
• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform ensuring data accuracy, user roles, permissions, and custom properties.
• Develop and manage workflows, lead scoring, automated email campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
• Email & Landing Page Development
• Design, build, and test responsive HTML email templates that meet brand guidelines and work across all major email clients.
• A/B test emails and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot (Administrator-level preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
• Experience creating and managing HubSpot forms, CTAs, lists, campaigns, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in HubSpot (workflows, CRM management, reporting) and front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript), making it a hands-on role that combines CRM administration with creative development.
