We are looking for a Java Developer (Drools, Kubernetes) – OtC/Finance Domain to join a global IT team delivering enterprise-grade financial solutions. The ideal candidate has strong backend development skills in Java EE and Spring Boot, hands-on experience with rule-driven applications, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<div> </div> Location: Czech Republic (Remote) Language: English Contract Type: B2B Responsibilities:<ul><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java EE and Spring Boot.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Implement and manage business rules using Drools, jBPM, and BAMOE 8/9.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong experience building backend services and APIs with Java EE & Spring Boot.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Hands-on experience with Drools, jBPM, or BAMOE platforms.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Solid understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, OpenShift).</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Familiarity with RESTful API design and data integration.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.</li></ul>
