LEV Engineer Remote Based

OverviewMy client are looking for a self-motivated LEV Engineer to join their expanding team. The role entails LEV testing and installation for the division of the company that provides complete turnkey solutions for industrial ventilation, air filtration and particulate separation.

The role involves travelling throughout facilities in the UK on a remote basis therefore the applicant must be able to plan weekly routes and willing to stay away from home if needed.

You will either have an LEV qualification or experience within LEV testing with good communications skills and be able to work on your own.

Responsibilities

• Conducting statutory compliance testing of LEV systems and performing airflow checks on existing systems.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to LEV systems, carrying out small repairs, and responding to reactive repair requests.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Installing new LEV systems and commissioning them to ensure proper functionality.
• Writing clear and concise technical reports on findings and actions taken.

Experience

• A good understanding of LEV system components.
• Ideally a qualification such as BOHS P601 or experience in LEV testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and reporting findings.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work both unsupervised and as a team.
• Able to apply for a DBS
• A valid driving licence for travel to client locations.
