<p><span style="font-weight: bold">We're looking for new team members to join Live Support team on a Night Shift!</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support</li> <li>Preferably experience in sales and customer relationship management</li> <li>Strong focus on solving customer problems and familiarity with pre- and post-sales processes</li> <li>Ability to work remotely (from home)</li> <li>Competence with a computer and a high-speed internet connection</li> <li>Ability to work night shifts (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day) on our 24/7 live support line</li> <li>Minimum high school diploma (must have completed military service for male candidates)</li> <li>Excellent written communication and persuasion skills</li> <li>Motivated to pursue a career in customer support and eager to grow</li> <li>Open to learning and continuous improvement</li> <li>Dynamic, determined, and enjoy communication</li> <li>Strong work ethic</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office programs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">At PrimeBase, we operate in a fully remote environment where everyone works independently as contractors from around the world.
