These roles are fully remote.</p><p>This business has grown by 75% this year and is now looking for another 30 hires between now and February.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><b>ETL Pipeline Design and Implementation:</b> Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable ETL pipelines to support the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources.</li><li>Ensure the pipelines are optimized for performance, reliability, and maintainability.</li><li>Utilize AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics.</li><li>Leverage AWS technologies such as S3, Glue, Redshift, and others to build and maintain data solutions.</li><li>Implement best practices for security and compliance in an AWS environment.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming for data processing and manipulation.</li><li>Develop custom scripts and applications as needed to enhance ETL processes.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Collaboration and Communication:</b> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.</li><li>Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support to major customers at the early stages of projects.</li><li>Understand customer needs and tailor ETL solutions to meet specific project requirements.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Documentation and Best Practices:</b> Document ETL processes, data models, and system architecture.</li><li>Implement and adhere to best practices for code versioning, testing, and deployment.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines in a production environment.</li><li>Strong proficiency in AWS services, with a focus on data-related services.</li><li>Advanced skills in Python programming for data processing and automation.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing.</li><li>Previous experience supporting major customers at the early stages of projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Experience with data modeling and database design.</li><li>AWS certification(s) related to data and analytics.</li></ul><p>Candidates must hold a valid British passport and must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years.</p><h2>Perks</h2><ul><li>Work with cutting-edge technologies and tools</li><li>Paying a very competitive salary</li><li>Work from the comfort of your home (travel may be required a couple of times per year)</li></ul><p>SEND ME YOUR UP-TO-DATE CV NOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AS THESE ROLES WILL NOT BE ON THE MARKET VERY LONG.</p><p>All the latest jobs and insights – Climate positive tech recruitment | We’re on a mission to put people and the planet before profit, leaving the world in a better place than we found it</p><p>https://www.linkedin.com/company/aretigroup/</p></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
