Self Employed Part-Time / Home-Based Accountant or Bookkeeper – Delve Accounting Group Ltd £18-20/hour – approx. 6–8 hours per month Fully remote / UK hours Delve Accounting Group owns 5 small accounting practices and handles all bookkeeping and accounts in-house. We’re looking for a reliable, down-to-earth bookkeeper or accountant confident working independently to help us stay on top of things across the group without overcomplicating the process. This role is low-volume but important — we focus on solid, consistent work done efficiently each month, not perfection or corporate-style reporting. The Work: Basic bookkeeping for 5 entities + the group company (using Xero) Processing invoices with Hubdoc Monthly bank reconciliations (including GoCardless payments) Posting simple journals (dividends, prepayments, accruals) Intercompany entries and reconciliations Quarterly VAT returns (cash/accrual depending on the company) Year-end accounts for each company Director tax returns (3 straightforward filings) What We’re Looking For: AAT / QBE qualification — confident working solo and double-checking your work Experience with small businesses or small groups Comfort with intercompany bookkeeping quirks Ability to explain things simply when needed Reliable, responsive, and able to keep things straightforward Why This Role Might Suit You: Flexible hours — we’re easy to work with as long as work gets done Low volume — approximately 6–10 hours per month, with some peaks at year-end No meetings or travel — just good bookkeeping and accounts work We respect your time and won’t overload you Tell us about yourself and what kind of work you enjoy — we value the right fit more than a polished CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
