Pension Administrator - Senior Pension Administrator – DB, Defined Benefit<br><br>Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.<br>Permanent – 40 hours per week<br>Remote (100% WFH)<br>£27,000 to £42,500 (Depending on Experience) + Excellent Large Company Benefits<br>One of the UK’s leading Pensions firms with 600 schemes and 6 million members is looking to recruit Pension Administrators with experience of Defined Benefit schemes to join their expanding team. The positions are fully remote working from home.<br>Main Tasks & Responsibilities<br>Pension Administrator – DB, Defined Benefit<br> * <br> * Check calculations and processes, completing all tasks in line with current work procedures.<br> * Support the team on complex casework, high value cases, and complaints.<br> * Control and enhance the quality of customer outputs to deliver an excellent customer experience<br> * Adapt to varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality<br> * Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards.<br> * Identify complaints at the earliest opportunity, take ownership of the problem, escalate where appropriate and undertake Route Cause Analysis. Implement effective correction action to prevent re-occurrence.<br> * Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members.<br>Essential Skills & Experience<br>Pension Administrator – DB, Defined Benefit<br>Pension administration experience with knowledge and experience of DB pension schemes.<br> * Strong team work ethic<br> * Experience leveraging your pensions expertise<br> * Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills, with proficiency in performing manual calculations.<br> * Telephone and computer literate (with experience using IT systems such as Microsoft Office Applications).<br> * Skilled in managing complex queries and escalations.<br> * Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and quality management skills.<br> * Strong communication skills, including written communication skills in a variety of communication channels.<br> * Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
