<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>Remote Counsellor/Psychotherapist - Young Person. Fully remote - UK only. Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 24 hours).</p><p>£36,500* per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide telephone counselling to a varied caseload of young people</li><li>Deliver short, medium, and longer-term support depending on individual needs</li><li>Conduct mental health triage assessments and manage risk appropriately</li><li>Work in line with professional standards and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Maintain accurate records and follow Bupa’s policies and procedures</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure high-quality care</li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li>A recognised counselling diploma qualification (Level 4 or higher)</li><li>Must have BACP accreditation</li><li>At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience working with children and young people</li><li>Experience supporting clients with a range of presenting issues, including complex cases</li><li>Ideally, previous experience delivering telephone counselling</li><li>Strong IT skills – confident using MS Office and MS Teams</li><li>A flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends</li></ul><h2>Working Hours and Service Scope</h2><p>YP service: 10:00 to 20:00, with a strong preference for after-school appointments; 50% of shifts must be a late shift (11:30-20:00).
