We’re looking for a CeMAP-qualified Secured Loan Adviser to join our team and do what they do best: make a real difference to real people. You’ll have access to the most advanced, user-friendly platform in the industry. It takes care of the time-consuming admin, so you can focus on giving great advice—not rekeying data or chasing paperwork. Working pattern (read me first) <ul><li>You’ll work five days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.</li><li>Your other three days are fixed weekdays (agreed with you during hiring).</li><li>Perfect if you want mid-week days off and enjoy helping customers when they’re most available. </li></ul>At a glance <ul><li>Contract: Full-time, weekend-inclusive (Sat & Sun + 3 weekdays)</li><li>Location: Fully remote within the UK</li><li>OTE: Up to £90,000 (uncapped commission)</li><li>Must have: CeMAP and experience in secured loans </li></ul> What You’ll Be Doing <ul><li>Giving friendly, expert advice and guiding clients through the secured loan process</li><li>Using our tech to simplify admin and give your clients a smoother, quicker experience</li><li>Leveraging our AI-powered system to make finding the right product fast and accurate</li><li>Staying on top of compliance and regulatory requirements (we’ve got your back here too)</li><li>Building long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and guidance</li><li>Contributing to team goals while smashing your own</li><li>Keeping your knowledge fresh and sharing what you learn with the team</li><li>Working a weekend-inclusive rota to support customers when they’re most available </li></ul> What We’re Looking For <ul><li>At least 1 year advising on second mortgages (secured loans) in a bank, mortgage broker, insurer, or IFA setting</li><li>CeMAP-qualified</li><li>Comfortable with tech and smarter ways of working, so you spend more time with customers and less on admin</li><li>Self-motivated, organised, and happy working at pace</li><li>Most importantly, you get a genuine buzz from helping people achieve their goals </li></ul> Why You’ll Love Working Here <ul><li>A salary that reflects your value—because you’re great at what you do</li><li>Uncapped commission – your success is your opportunity (OTE £90,000)</li><li>Time to rest and recharge – 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), to use when you want and growing annually</li><li>Fully remote, fully trusted – work from anywhere in the UK</li><li>Perkbox – discounts on holidays, shopping, cinema, wellness, and more</li><li>Company pension – via True Potential Investor</li><li>BUPA health cover – your wellbeing matters to us </li></ul> What It’s Like to Work Here You’ll join a company that’s inclusive, forward-thinking, and genuinely values its people.
