Loyalty Marketing Manager

To support the growth of the David's Diamond Loyalty Program, the full-time remote Loyalty Marketing Manager will drive membership growth, engagement, and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to maximize membership growth, retention, and engagement for the loyalty program Analyze program performance metrics and customer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns Build and manage partnerships with external brands to enhance member offers and experiences Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing or customer engagement programs Proven track record of growing membership programs and driving revenue through loyalty initiatives Experience managing partnerships and developing co-branded offers Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
