What You’ll Do in the role of Information Solutions Sales Support
Serve as a customer service and sales support professional who manages important customer transactions and managing vendor relationships and collaborating with internal sales teams.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate with manufacturing representatives for training and pricing
  • Research and provide accurate quotes, and managing customer relationships through Kirby Risk's internal systems
  • Review, determine and resolve customer problems in conjunction with the team
  • Provide feedback and/or gap analysis to the sales team regarding customer expectations and our performance
  • Uncover customer projects, resolve order issues with timely follow-up
  • Manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal sales teams on bids and orders
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with other business units and departments
  • Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism in all communications with internal and external customers and vendors
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Some College course work or equivalent 4+ years’ work experience in related field
  • 2+ years successful customer service, problem resolution and sales support experience
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, compassionate independent work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and successfully meet several deadlines regularly
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
  • build lasting relationships with customers and vendors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training, and operations
What to Expect in This Role
  • Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
  • Ability to track and report on success of programs
  • Travel required (daily, with occasional overnight)
  • Flexibility to participate in customer/vendor events
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
