<p><strong>PMO Manager - Insurance Transformation</strong></p><p><strong>6 Month Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Remote - once a month in the office </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our Retail client is looking for a PMO Manager to support a suite of high-profile insurance transformation initiatives. These include launching a new broker model for home and car insurance, transitioning pet insurance services to a new provider, and enhancing digital platforms to better serve a broad customer base. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>You’ll work closely with Programme and Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Transformation teams to shape and evolve delivery frameworks that ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests</li><li>Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting</li><li>Coordinating governance activities, including funding requests and leadership reporting</li><li>Maintaining and updating project tools such as Planview</li><li>Supporting business case assurance, closure papers, and stage gates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Deliver</strong></p><ul><li>Weekly status reports and Planview submissions</li><li>Budget tracking and forecasting using Oracle data</li><li>Governance support including scheduling, agenda setting, and documentation</li><li>Representation at leadership and portfolio review meetings</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a PMO Manager role</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail in managing trackers, logs, and spreadsheets</li><li>Strong understanding of financial tracking and project planning tools (e.g., Trello, Oracle, Planview, Google Suite)</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to drive tasks to completion</li><li>Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Comfortable navigating complex processes</li><li>Insurance/Financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To apply for this position please submit your CV.</p>
