In this high-impact role, you’ll work across the business on a number of critical strategic projects.</p><p><br></p><p>You will spearhead cross-functional projects across pricing, product innovation, commercial strategy, and partnerships — all aimed at enhancing the patient experience. This role suits someone who is relentlessly customer-focused, data-savvy, and excited to help build a market-leading solution in Healthcare.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:-</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Tackle complex <strong>strategic challenges</strong> by breaking down issues to their core and developing innovative, high-impact solutions across the patient care journey — from initial patient acquisition to long-term engagement and retention.</li><li><strong>Customer-centric mindset: </strong>Continuously listen to and learn from patients to understand their experiences, concerns, and goals. You’ll ensure their voices shape every category-focused initiative.</li><li><strong>Lead product and feature development:</strong> Work alongside product, clinical, and technology teams to identify and implement improvements that respond to patient input and achieve measurable results.</li><li><strong>Execute with precision: </strong>Navigate both strategic planning and hands-on execution — from crafting the category vision to managing detailed implementation plans.</li><li><strong>Establish operational excellence:</strong> Create scalable processes and systems that consistently deliver quality care efficiently and at scale.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:-</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You have 4-8 <strong>years of experience</strong> at a <strong>top-tier consulting firm, Investment Bank</strong> or in a <strong>strategic, operational, or growth-focused role</strong> within a relevant industry, such as <strong>Healthcare, Consumer or Digital business.</strong></li><li>You will need to show prior experience in launching or scaling a customer-facing initiatives.</li><li>You possess a <strong>data-driven mindset</strong>, with proven experience in <strong>building financial models</strong> to drive decision-making.</li><li>As a <strong>versatile generalist</strong>, you're comfortable <strong>zooming out</strong> to shape high-level strategy while also <strong>diving into the details</strong> to solve complex, hands-on challenges.</li><li><strong>Robust commercial expertise </strong>– you’re skilled in pricing strategy, financial analysis, and establishing key performance indicators.</li></ul><p></p>
