We are seeking a reliable and professional remote Administrative Assistant based in Vietnam to join our team for a long-term position.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations through effective communication and task management.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and reply to inquiries from our potential customers. This is a key customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new customer leads.
- Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally via email and/or chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services/products.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and empathetic tone in all communications.
- Basic administrative tasks related to customer follow-up.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent written communication skills in English.
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Has experience in a customer service, virtual assistant, or administrative role.
- Is comfortable using common online tools (e.g., email, Google Suite, etc.).
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
