Seeking a skilled Digital Artist & Etsy Shop Manager to grow our online business specializing in customized and personalized items.
This remote, part-time role requires managing creative design work and shop operations, including Etsy listings, SEO, print-on-demand coordination, and backend monitoring.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in digital art creation, Etsy shop management, and print-on-demand products.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years experience in digital art creation and Etsy shop management.
Proficient in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or equivalent.
- Familiar with WISE for payments and Toggle for task tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Must provide examples of previous digital art and Etsy shop work. Applications without work samples will not be considered.
Performance Metrics:Design Quality: Creativity, originality, and technical execution.
Shop Management: Accuracy of listings, SEO, and operational efficiency.
Reliability: Meeting deadlines, logging hours, and communicating progress.
Problem-Solving & Initiative: Suggesting improvements and cost-efficient solutions.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
