We’re looking for an experienced Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) professional to join our Equity and Belonging Team and play a vital role in shaping a more inclusive workplace.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>Are you passionate about driving change and ensuring that workplaces are truly equitable and inclusive? Do you have a strong track record of delivering impactful EDI initiatives? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference at a time of transformation within our organisation.</p> <p>As an EDI Practitioner, you’ll lead key projects that address workforce disparities and help embed EDI principles across our service.
